St Kevin’s Parish, Hampton Park is holding their annual Carols by Candlelight event on Dec 17th, 2023 @ 7:15 PM at St Francis de Sales Primary School, Lynbrook. Click here for more info.
This annual family-friendly event brings in hundreds of attendees from the Hampton Park, Lynbrook, Lyndhurst and surrounding communities to celebrate the Christmas season through music and song, and is a wonderful opportunity for local businesses to advertise their services and products!
This year, the Parish is offering the following business advertising/sponsorship opportunities:

| Tier 2 | $150 | Tier 1 Entitlement + Display your brochures/cards/flyers 2 |
| Tier 3 | $200 | Tier 1 + Tier 2 entitlements + Display your pull-up banner 3 |
1 Businesses will be allocated one slide per sponsorship submission in a slideshow that will be projected on a screen inside the venue. The slideshow will continuously loop through all sponsor slides in sequence, for the duration of the event. The image/infographic you submit needs to be in a gif, jpeg or jpg format
2 Brochures/business cards/flyers will be placed on a sponsors table inside the venue
3 Only floor-standing pull-up banners will be accepted

2. Send an email to our advertising co-ordinator Nikita Ravi at nikitaravi13@gmail.com with the following information:
- your name and the name of your business
- the Tier you are signing up for
- attach the screenshot of proof of payment you saved earlier
- attach the image/infographic of your business to be included in the slideshow
- let us know if you would like a payment receipt
On receipt of your email, we will confirm your submission and provide you with further information/instructions (if required).
