Good Friday, the second part of the Easter Triduum, began at St. Kevin’s with a solemn and moving enactment of the Stations of the Cross on the school grounds, led by the St. Kevin’s Youth Group. Later in the day, the Celebration of the Lord’s Passion held together the proclamation of the Passion, the veneration of the Cross, and the reception of Holy Communion. There was also the traditional General Intercessions for some of the most important concerns for the Church and the world, including the situation in Ukraine

Good Friday depicted in this play was a solid reminder of what indeed Jesus did for the love of us. It was wonderful to see how the St. Kevin’s community came together to commemorate this holy day.
